Skynat Go · for operators

Run the delivery network for your city.

Launch food, grocery, pharmacy and parcel delivery in your own territory. You bring the local know-how, the stores and the riders. Skynat Go brings the apps, the dispatch, the payments and the tools to run it all, built for how Africa actually buys and delivers.

Sell without a website

Stores take orders, pick by aisle, pause for load-shedding or a rush, and see what they've earned. Their old catalogue imports in minutes.

Earn on every trip

Riders see the job before they accept it, follow a planned route, keep working through dead zones, and have an SOS button that shares their trip.

How operators earn

Your territory, your customers, your money.

Customers in your territory pay into your own payment account, not ours. Your margin comes from the delivery fees and store commission in your area. Skynat Go charges one flat platform fee per order, taken from credit you top up in advance.

  • No revenue share on your margin: the platform fee is the same flat amount on every order.
  • Run out of credit and new orders pause. A delivery already on the road is never interrupted.
  • Cancelled orders give the fee back to your credit.

Built for the real conditions

Designed for power cuts, patchy signal and cash.

Most delivery software is built for cities with perfect networks and card-only customers. Ours was built for Johannesburg, Lagos and Nairobi from the first line.

Load-shedding pauses

Stores pause ahead of a scheduled power cut and customers see why and when they are back, instead of an order that never comes.

Works offline for riders

Status updates queue on the phone in a dead zone and sync when signal returns. No lost deliveries.

Addresses that work

Delivery by distance from each store, not hand-drawn lines, with gate codes, landmarks and arrival notes for complexes and estates.

Honest arrival times

Times come from how long each store really takes and how busy it is right now, shown as a range you can keep.

Every way people pay

Cards, instant EFT, mobile money, wallets, company accounts and cash on delivery, with limits on how much cash a rider carries.

Ordering on WhatsApp

Customers can reorder and check an order on WhatsApp, the app most of them already have open.

Rider safety built in

An SOS button, live trip sharing and areas riders are kept out of after dark, set by you.

Shared carts and company accounts

Households and offices fill one basket, and businesses pay for their staff on a monthly account.

Search that understands locals

Type "pap" and find maize meal. Search understands local names, spelling slips and what people mean.

Who runs a territory

Made for the people who already know the streets.

An operator is a local business that runs Skynat Go in an agreed area. It might be you if you are:

  • A courier or delivery company that wants its own customer app instead of working for someone else's.
  • A restaurant or retail group ready to deliver for itself and its neighbours.
  • A logistics or transport business with vehicles that could earn more.
  • An entrepreneur who sees that no one delivers well in your town yet.
