This notice covers the "Become an operator" form on this website. It is written to meet South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who we are

What we collect
What you type into the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the area you want to operate in, your type of business, fleet size, when you would like to start and any message. We also record the date and the internet address the form was sent from, to stop abuse.
Why we collect it
Only to consider your application and contact you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
The Skynat team who assess operator applications. It is stored on our web host and sent to our business email.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are discussing your application, and for up to two years afterwards in case you apply again. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
